Let technology handle the mundane tasks so you can focus on what really matters. Set up automatic bill payments, use meal planning apps, or try a robot vacuum (just don’t name it, or you might get too attached).

Pick a day or even just a few hours each week to completely unplug. No phones, no computers, no smart fridges telling you you’re out of milk. Just good old-fashioned human interaction or, you know, staring at a wall. Sometimes that’s nice too.

The Bottom Line: It’s Not the Tech, It’s How We Use It

At the end of the day, technology is just a tool. It’s neither good nor bad – it’s how we choose to use it that makes all the difference. We can let it control our lives, or we can take charge and make it work for us.
